What you need to know about Pink & Cow lettings…

NO VOID PERIODS

Our expert lettings team will ensure there are no voids in rent or “down time”. If a tenant leaves your property, we organise a new tenant to move in when they leave. We allow 3 working days for inspection, any repairs required and inventory.


NO HIDDEN CHARGES
